Booked a American Airlines Supersaver flight. The site would NOT give me any info on the flight until I booked it. The site had 8:00 - 4:00 PM. I assumed that was the window of travel... (it's not). Since I need to arrive at 4:00 PM, I booked the flight. Then I got my info, I would not arrive until 7:00 PM. Customer service said since it was a "Supersaver", I could not make any changes. United Airlines had a much shorter flight time that arrived at 4:00 PM for about $90.00 more. I will never use CheapoAir again... it's pretty horrible that you can't get any info on the flight unless you book it first. & then be stuck with it...
