Nothing wrong with the order the flowers were fine. My wife told me i was charged twice. I thought no problem simple mistake, WRONG. They charge you twice, once the take your order they lock the funds with your bank,
Then the day of they bill your account. Then they send a FAX to your bank releasing the funds in 3 to 5 business
Days. I find this crazy and will not use them unless i absolutely need to.
Some of the customer service people i had to hang up on, not because they were rude or anything i just couldn't communicate with them. No big deal with that, it's a big world out there and it happens.
The flowers were fine, just next time i do it direct with a florist.
