For the life of me I do NOT understand the Multi-Star Ratings for this company because my experience is NOT AT ALL good. Based on a Board from Pintrest, I decided to purchase a LED Flame Effect Light Bulb from Inspire Uplift. I placed my online order on May 5th, which was quickly charged to my Credit Card without any problem. Several days passed and I was then sent an "Order Tracking Number" with a note "This Product Is Ready To Ship'.
It's here when endless excuses, insincere apologies and failed promises to escalate the shipment of my order began. Days turned into weeks, which turned into a month and a half. No Shipment - No Delivery - No Refund. Fed Up with this lack of any so called Customer Service, I demanded a Full Refund. In an e-Mail, I was informed twice the refund was returned to my Credit Card but, alas, two weeks later, still no refund. I have filed complaints to the BBB and FTC. The BBB essentially gave up with no resolution. I make a point to tell anyone everyday My experience with Inspire Uplift does nothing to Inspire nor Uplift my opinion of this company.
