You can try via your bank - they are stuck within guidelines tho - they can't dispute the fact that there was a different amount charged, in my case 81.05 vs 1.95, but they can claw back the money, if they havent prvided the service that you have paid for. My bank were aware of this 'retailer', but claim to be powerless to do anything - they did give me a number for consumer direct on *******506 - part of the office of fair trading in the UK...
