3 products I recently ordered all stopped working within a week (2 air purifiers and 1 fan). G-Market makes you jump through a million hoops and wait forever to get your money back. They don't take any responsibility for their mistakes--they seem content with the customer having to fight for their refunds. One time they asked me to take it up with the seller, and didn't offer any other help. I wouldn't be using G Market English if I was fluent in Korean. This last time, after a month or so of back and forth emails, which bizarrely included them asking me to video the fan not working, they asked me to dis assemble a fan and put it back in its original box so the delivery guy could pick it up. I refused to spend more of my time on someone's else's mistake, but they kept on telling me the same thing, so I told them to go to hell and cancelled my account. Good companies own up to their mistakes are helpful in taking on some of the burden. Bad companies like G Market make you do all of the work yourself, and act like you have infinite time to navigate through their obtuse refund system. I'd gladly pay a bit more to have a customer service experience that wasn't a nightmare, and that is what I'll do from now on---without G Market!
