“Wrong model sent”

I wish I'd read the reviews, I assumed they were in the UK, they sent the wrong model battery it fits but puts waring up battery not compatable. No phone number to ring I think I've lost my money. Not happy, there is a UK return address but just a unit number in West Drayton no name.
