Tim was very helpful while I was evaluating printers, and even researched a competitor to help me understand the product differences. He also kept me informed on the progress of my order, which was delayed due to the manufacturer's backlog. He provided progress updates and quick turnaround and delivery once Prusa filled their order.

My order was filled quickly and accurately. The filament from John is very affordable and the PLA I got from him printed the Benchy tugboat with the same high quality as one printed with the Prusa filament that came with my new MK3 printer, using the default Prusa settings, so no issues with quality.
IPrint will be my main supplier for filament in the future!
