I ordered tickets as part of a 3 day short break, tickets didn't arrive as promised 48 hours before the event. As I was travelling nearly 300 miles prior to the event I became nervous and wanted to know when they would arrive and whether I'd need to change my travel plans. Response from Fanpass was extremely slow and very unhelpful, until 24 hours before the event they contacted me to inform me the tickets would be e-tickets, as such we set off on our journey.
Later that day with us 300 miles away we receive another email saying the tickets had been posted, I explained we had left after their earlier message and couldn't go back in time. Their response was "It says on our site we will post" I said "So why tell us it was an E-Ticket?" needless to say they were unreachable via any means other than a very slow email service which they laughingly call "Chat".
By far the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had, a real bunch of cowboys.
