On August 5,2023, they shipped my devices to me via USPS. On August 17, I had not received them yet, so checked the USPS website tracking only to see that they were last reported as in transit on August 9. I contacted Clear Guard to let them know that the devices were likely lost in the mail. They responded quickly to let me know that they will arrive later than expected, but there's nothing to do other than wait. So, I waited. I waited another 11 days. There is still no tracking update on USPS, so I reach out to Clear Guard to let them know. I even opened a case with the USPS to see if they could locate the lost package, however the USPS had no further information. I emailed Clear Guard on August 28 to let them know that the package was likely lost, and that I opened a case with the USPS which resulted in nothing. I requested to Clear Guard that they file a claim with the USPS for the lost package and send me new devices. They did not respond, so I followed up with on August 30 when they did respond and let me know that they'd get back to me by the end of the day. This was the last I was ever to hear from Clear Guard. They just stopped responding at this point. I followed up on September 6 and September 7, but I got no response from them. It is now September 23 and they're asking me to review their product. The only that I still have not received.
