Purchased 3 items from website based on recommendations and pricing (cargo all weather mat liner, door guards, blackout emblems)
Received items on time but didn't get correct ordered items. Gave me Limited emblems instead of XSE. Send in concern today. Will update based upon my experiences. I'm hoping they rectify this mix up quickly
Prices are decent. Let's see if customer service is better than what is posted here. Whats wrong in the photo if I specified I drive a RAV4 XSE
11/22/19 Update
Moving down to one star. Received an email response saying it was my fault and i ordered the wrong part. I can see why the customer service is the reason for low ratings. Let me give you feedback customers are not in the business to order wrong parts. If we made an error, please offer good service and help us remedy the situation. In this instance, i did not purposefully ask for the wrong part. I just want this fixed so i can go on with my day. Will update again...

Still unresolved received a response did I receive a part from them. Yes I did but it's the wrong part I can see how the error occurred even offered to send part back in exchange for what I ordered

I understand the confusion over the "B". But the resolution should not take 4 days of 5 emails confirming yes I received the wrong part, two bank resolution emails saying the items were shipped, and one online chat to collect the same info that you sent the wrong part.
