I've been trying to find out why LBC said our address was outside their service area when in fact they have delivered to us on several occasions. As most know LBC is the worse service one can use outside Manila but unfortunately that's who Lazada uses... Anyway, 4 times I tried to get Lazada involved in finding out where my package is. 4 times they emailed me with some lame answer - the last one said the package was delivered. These guys will never be another Amazon.
