“The absolutely worst experience in online dealing ever”

BAD BAD BAD, after ~15K the tires are worn, driving in wet conditions impossible. Worst experience ever. Now they have changed the Tyre-Rating on their website - hence their standard response when trying to get the tires sent back was just a lie. I have screenshots to prove that TL have cheated on their website with wrong information provided. A-Rating instead E-Rating makes big times a difference! Never again buying tires online thanks to my experience about dealing with Tyreleader and the quality of the tires received.

Stay away, ordered B rain rating tyres (living in Ireland) and received E rating ones. Standard response to rely on info provided on website than on EU labelling on tyre itself is just crap and not satisfying at all. They offered paid return of ridiculous high 25£ return cost per tyre... Stay away from only tyre dealers and check the local one first. Not much more expensive in most cases and you have a point of contact!

“First order and never arrived - no response to web-enquiries - AVOID”

Ordered and paid on the 10th of September. Opened a claim today, 30th of November after sending 2 times a web form enquiry with my order number. Not even there I got a reply or kinda of response. A trick some sellers are doing is not sending a percentage of orders to have a bigger money turnover for a certain amount of time... I think this is fraudulent behavior and I think Sammydress is doing this way of business.
