They told me they were in the Anthem Network. Based on this, I decided to buy from them. When it came time to pay, they said oh you need to go online to this hearsource.com website. And then they said that the hearsource is not in the Anthem Network. So they got my business by saying they were in the Anthem Network, but they handle their transactions with another company (the exact same phone number by the way) that they can then claim is not in the Anthem Network. They have refused to honor the discount that Anthem provides for their in network providers and for their insured clients. I am out thousands of dollars. It's like in movies where they hide money in an offshore account.
Tip for consumers:
They will tell you they are in your insurance network, but then when you pay, they will direct you to another web site and later claim that it is not in the network. At that point, it's too late.
