Hotline available without solution
I bought a TV which was delivered rapidly and correct on a sunday at my request. The tv had a red line on the screen so I asked the seller to change it. A view days later I still had no news from the seller so I contacted the service line. They agreed with me that the seller Auditel did not respect his obligation and told me that I would be contacted within 24 hours for a refund. One and a half day later I call again, they tell me everything is all right and the refund is on its way. So one and a half day later no news, so I call again today the 20/12/19. After having to explain everything from the start they tell me that they still don't know what to do and they will contact me monday. I tell them I just want to return the product and get my money back, how hard can it be? I have already lost 3 hours writing messages and talking to the service on the phone and I still have a tv with a defect in my house and no solution in sight.
