I tried to modify a 1 night reservation (arrive 1 day later) for a hotel, 9 days out from original booking in low season, no flexibility even though if I booked hotel direct - would not have been a problem and no change fee, understand if there was a reasonable admin fee, I lost the full 220.00 price of room - shame on reservations.com
Tip for consumers:
Do not use reservation.com, no flexibility with booking modifications or cancellations
