I ordered a jacket from an online ad for a gift. After 3-1/2 weeks, it had not arrived. I went online and checked the order, which had been processed but not shipped. I sent a message asking when it would arrive. The reply from Nastydress was that the item was out of stock and they would give me STORE CREDIT to order something else! No! I want my money back. How dare they accept my order, keep my money when they knew they did not have the jacket to send! In my opinion, this is fraud.
