I received a gift card for my birthday last September. Turns out to be the worst gift ever!
It started with false pricing on items, which was finally rectified after numerous screaming phone calls.
Then, a return/reorder with no refund to my giftcard. When I finally got an answer about amount to be refunded, it was minus sales tax (which is illegal). CSR was rude and argumentative.
When I asked about exchange order I placed, he informed me it was not available in my size. I questioned why I wasn't notified and he said it was up to me to follow up. Cool, but try to get a response to an email. Doesn't happen.
What I really want is a cash refund for the gift card balance and to NEVER, EVER have to deal with this sham company again.
