Your site advertises everything as free, but once we are finished editing/building our resume, it charges? That's false advertisement and someone of your marketing team should definitely fix that because you all are the first ones to pop up on google when searching "free resume template" and it is obviously not free
Please know that under no circumstances do we false advertise in any sort of way, for the benefit of our users, we offer a free account that gives you the chance to try out our resume builder before deciding to purchase, and you may download a plain text version of your resume for free.
We also provide the option of a 14-day trial for a small fee, which gives you the ability to print, email or download your resume and cover letters, but these features are NOT listed within the free account.
