On 10/6/21 purchased 4 tires with road hazard coverage from the Palo Alto location. That purchase went well and the staff was friendly personable. However, twice in the last month I went to the Stevens Creek location and was turned away with a flat tire. Last evening I arrived at 5:17 PM with a tire going flat. I was basically told I could make an appointment for the next day as they were closing in 45 minutes. Road Hazards happen unexpectedly and therefore it is not possible to schedule a "flat tire". The total job would have taken 5 minutes, but the staff AGAIN turned me away. After me telling them I was not happy and could not schedule a flat tire, and the fact they were still open, they told me I could call their district manager Jeremy and gave me their *******560 number to complain. I would not recommend anyone purchasing road hazard protection from this company as when you need to use it, they don't want to help you. I left and went down the street to a competitor and paid to have my flat repaired for the SECOND time, it only took 5 minutes! Why don't they want to repair a flat? Perhaps because it is a warranty repair and they don't want "non-cash paying" customers? I am not sure the reason, but having this happen two times, has me rethinking my affiliation with this tire company. I am the fleet manager of a transportation business and have decided NOT to use America's Tire Store any longer as they don't take care of their customers. There are other choices for your tires, so my recommendation is to look elsewhere.
