Never had a problem before, payed for VIP a few times for my daughter. Latest VIP failed to be applied to her a/c but they took the money! Ok these things can happen but firstly they say you have to wait 7 days for it to be applied, that came and went and still nothing, you can even see it says pending or failed on her history. Customer service is shocking, just a generic email address that ignores you for days, when you send them proof of purchase they still do absolutely nothing about it. At least this has probably saved me money in the long run as my daughter has accepted that I won't be giving these people any more money.
