I genuinely absolutely love rally's. Amazing staff and amazing food but when I put in a Grubhub order in I have to call and ask them to put onion on my sandwich. But whoever the guy is that picked up the phone, gave me an issue about having to put onion on my sandwich. Why is it such a problem if it isn't an option? I wouldn't have this issue if it was simply an option. But as a paying customer with loads of fast food work experience, I feel I deserve to have what I want on MY sandwich. I was told that this was also a reoccurring issue for them from me and I have only called and asked one time- weeks ago. Please. Learn to be polite and understanding instead of complaining about a customer wanting a specific item on their sandwich. It's not my fault that it isn't an option even to upcharge for it. An attitude like that is bad for business: you should know that already :)
