I'm very unhappy with the long wait time for contact purchase rebates and that free shipping is no longer offered (not that it won't be added in with the other fees if it is offered). I am the most unhappy about my rebates. I have already been waiting over five months for rebates on two other orders and now I will be waiting at least that long or longer to get the rebate on my current order! That's a lot of money that I could be using right now.
It is the cheapest place I can find to buy my contacts since I do not have eye insurance, although like everything else, the prices are climbing and the rebates are coming back to the customers much much slower.
