I ordered a pillow and accidentally ordered a second. That's my fault.
I asked for a refund of the second item due to my mistake and received an email saying one had been canceled and I would get my refund in 5-7 days. I was impressed and felt fine about it.

After a month of not seeing a tracking or total update, I reached out. They asked me if I could just keep it instead or take a 30% cut on my refund. I said... no. You told me I'd be getting a refund. "Well on second thought, yeah you only have one pillow."

It says it was delivered. The recipient is out of town so we'll see. But THEN I asked where my refund was.
They said, "Because I didn't say anything, they weren't going to do anything about it."

I'm pissed. Do not buy from these people. Completely unprofessional. And borderline thieving.
