I didn't receive my entire order, even after 2 months, and although I contacted them about this issue, I was still not refunded for the items that did not arrive.

After ordering an item, I was later informed that the item I had paid for was unavailable and that I would receive a refund. However, 9 months have passed and I am still yet to receive the refund! I contacted them various times through e-mail and they refused to respond to me. Similar incidents have occurred multiple times now. This customer service is simply terrible!
