I had a really bad experience with Sears customer service. I ordered oven range part on 1/3 with guaranteed delivery 1/5, on 1/8 it was still processing. In a week they still did not have tracking number claiming that Samsung parts are being shipped overseas. Nobody told me that when I bought a part over the phone. I ended up canceling the part and reordered via Samsung directly. I received my part next day from Samsung. Huge delays with Sears, DO NOT ORDER FROM SEARS it will take months to arrive.
