I like the Perricone MD moisturizer and neck cream; however, if you order their promotion, they then start sending you the product automatically. I called to cancel getting the product and it took me almost an hour to get a cancellation confirmation. They offered me discounts to try to keep me on as a customer! I finally told them bluntly that I am canceling now. If you send me any other products, I will not pay for them! It was then thst I got a cancellation confirmation number.

Products used:
Cold Plasma Plus + Neck & Chest Cream and
Face Finishing & Firming Moisturizer
It would have been helpful knowing that you cannot order only when needed, but you have to subscribe to their sending the product every few weeks/months.
