For the first order, we suggest that you file a dispute since the tracking number does not generate any shipping information on the tracking site and it's already past the estimated delivery date set. Filing a dispute is the best way for us to assist you in getting a resolution on this matter.
Here's how you can open a dispute for your order:
1) Click "My DHgate " on the upper right corner of the page.
2) Click My Orders" on the left side of the page.
3) Find your order number.
4) Click the link "Return&Refund" at the right side of the page under the order number.
Once the dispute is filed, the seller is given 5 days to resolve the issue. In the event that your dispute reaches 5 days and there is no solution yet, please request for our mediation so that we can take over the case and solve it for you. For your second order, we checked here and the item was returned to the sender. You can also file a dispute on this transaction however, the dispute button will be available on December 25. Please contact us back on this date so that we can assist you in filing a dispute on this order. Once proven by our Resolution Center that you did not receive the items, you will get your money back. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
