12/19 called their cust serv # during their posted hours at *******581. Recording says customer serv not avail. Left msg. Gave them 1/2 a business day then sent an email to *******@cheapvitamins.com requesting status.
12/20 sent an email cancelling order.
12/27 received a credit card charge from Order-Fit at *******292.
1/6/14 UPS delivered a package (24 days later). 1/7 telephone call to Order-Fit. She said she is one of two working in customer service at a fulfillment center for about 1/2 dozen companies owned by the same people. She doesn't know who the cheapvitamins customer service emails or call go to. Promised to credit the acct. And send UPS back to pickup the package. WOW
After 3 calls and numerous emails to cheap vitamins and all this time, not a single response from them. I know better than to do business with acompany when there is no one on the other end to answer a phone or respond to you.
