I purchased a Halloween costume for my daughter only to receive it without the matching mask (which was supposed to be included). When I reached out about getting a replacement I was informed I would have to pay to have it shipped back to have a new one ordered (where I would have to pay shipping again). I would have to pay more in shipping than the entire price of the costume!

Tip for consumers:
Find another company, who stands behind their items

Nothing, I sent my entire order back including the other costume which had all the pieces. I will take my business else where.
