Low quality beds and mattresses, the head board doesn't fit with the bed and £100 more expensive than something similar on other websites. I maglde a mistake buying and trusting them

Ordered my new bed on Monday, didn't receive a confirmation email so rang them after a few hours....

After reviewing the image you have supplied, you have set the headboard struts/headboard incorrectly.
Please see below of some instructions (video) to help guide you to assembling this correctly.
