“Ordered a pair of headphones and they have issues connecting to my laptop.”

Ordered a pair of headphones. I have issues with the product. Tried contacting them via email... nothing, asking questions... nothing.

Even the damn rating system is made to fit only them. I placed an objective 1 star review 2 weeks ago. I described in detail what are the problems but I still have no answer and the review was not published. Of course adding another review is not possible because the systems won't allow it.

Keep away from these scammers. They allow only positive feedback on their products and no support is available in case of a problem.

LE: The seller returned the value of the item.

Tip for consumers:
Well, I don't recommend it. In case you have issues there is no real help on the other side. The only information they provided was to reset the headphones... Which of course I did before them advising me to do so.
