After taking the effort to make profile you find out that you are not even able to send a message without paying for an expensive subscription! What a joke! Some spiritual values this sham of a company has.
This paid subscription model is the reason the website is as dead as can be which is a real shame as it could be something really worthwhile if it was accessible to everyone.

Please know it is free, and always will be free, to have a profile on our site, send smiles, and respond to any message sent to you. Other dating sites require you to pay for the same.

We help those who reach out to us with the best wording to use in their profile to encourage others to message them first, to maximize what they can do with a free profile.

To send messages back and forth with another person, yes, we do require one of the two parties have an active Gold Membership. The revenue generated from these subscriptions pays for our staff, hosting, and development costs to bring new mobile-first features to our users. At year end we also give a portion of net proceeds to charitable causes as voted on by our members.
