UNFORTUNATELY HERE IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RATE LESS THAN 1 STAR, PLAYERAUCTIONS ARE LUCKY FOR THAT.
Wanted to sell my account, as the result the buyer opened a dispute, posted several screenshots from another account with less power an said that he was zeroed exactly the day he bought the account. You will not believe, but the person who was reviewing the dispute solved the dispute in favour of the buyer, as the result for me > no money and no account. The account was posted on website for 3 months, and exactly the day the buyer bought it he was zeroed... Very strange situation, i even think that the buyer was exactly someone from the playerauctions stuff. More of that, the buyer confirmed that he received the account, and that the account was exactly as it was in the offer, why i have to be responsible for his actions after purchase? I tried to reach Playerauctions suport, here is their response:
Thank you for reaching out to PlayerAuctions!
Upon checking the order ID you've provided, it appears that the dispute case was closed and was decided in favor of the buyer. This was due to the lack of verification and evidence provided during our investigation.
We understand that this may not be the response you were hoping for. This was a tough decision for us but the dispute process are in place in order to protect you, the buyer and PlayerAuctions through fair, reasonable and time bound system.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this case, and hope that you have a smoother transaction in the future
As the result, NO MONEY AND NO ACCOUNT
I don't use to post reviews, but for this situation they really have to be punished.
I have the screenshots that can prove all that it's written
They have damaged their reputation very much, I promised them in the emails that i will post this situation on each open platforms, as the truth is on my side...
Hi again, Pavel,
We checked but we cannot change the decision. The account you delivered was not as described in the offer; moreover, there were suspicious messages found in its history.
Orders with accounts not as described are eligible for refunds.
Regards,
Richard
