I had a question about my order and Jillian ended the conversation before I was done. They really don't care about your questions or concerns and the help staff seem miserable. Whoever Jillian is, she should look for a new job because she gives the company a terrible name. It's always a shame when poor customer service ruins the brand experience. Do better.
