Bought my girlfriend an enail for her birthday, after less than a month of use, under normal use, and being very diligent in cleaning it, the bottom of it cracked when she pulled it out to clean it. I sent photos of how it seems the plastic must have had a defect and inquired about replacement parts. I was told there are no replacement parts, as cleaning it will prevent any issue. I said, well there was an issue. I feel like it's a quality piece, so I don't want to say your product is trash, I just want a way to fix it or get a new one. All I was offered was 50% off, of the originally $100.
No phone support, only through emails, and it took multiple attempts to even get through whole conversations.
