This class was very informative and I felt good about putting the things I learned into practice when I left. I attended a birthday party/cookout the same day a few hours after class and I had no desire to have any sweets or overeat just because there was a ton of food! I had zero temptation which for someone who is used to eating snacks on the daily, I was super excited to know I could have whatever I chose, but I didn't want anything sweet! One day at a time!
