On May 23, my daughter cancelled her subscription. On May 25, we were charged for another month anyway. She called customer service and was told she didn't click the last button to ensure the cancellation went through. So she cancelled again. This time she got a confirmation that it was cancelled. Unfortunately she didn't save a screen shot.
Today, June 25, we were charged for another month. She went back in to the account and all indications of the cancellation were gone. This is outrageous. The subscription was CANCELLED and someone at Chegg clearly reversed the cancellation to charge us again for a product we no longer use. Is this what happened in May, too? We gave them the benefit of the doubt then, but it seems clear now they must be scamming God knows how many users this way.
We cancelled AGAIN. This time I have a screenshot. I'll update if we get charged again or if they refund the 2 charges made after the original cancellation, as I have requested
