I ordered from Gatzies through Amazon. The shipment came, but the wrong item was sent. I contacted Amazon customer service by phone, and they sent an email to Gatzie's and told me to expect an email from them within 24 hours. A representative from Gatzies contact me through email stating that Amazon matched the sale to the wrong item and stated that, she was going to issue a full refund, and for me to keep the incorrect order sent to me. I am very happy with the outcome!
