I have used Serenata Flowers in the past for my employees birthdays. The last two orders have been an absolute nightmare. One order did not leave the depot at all, no one from Serenata Flowers advised of the failed delivery. I had to chase this up with them and the flowers arrived 4 days later for a staff members birthday. They apologised profusely and advised they would deliver the flowers free of charge. I assumed the credit would be put on my account.
I placed another order for an other employees birthday. This time I did receive an email advising the delivery had failed. Apparently, the driver was unable to gain access. The business was open all day until 8pm. We received deliveries from Amazon and our stock providers that day, all were able to access the business with no issues. I took this matter up with Serenata Flowers only to be told nothing could be done about this as the driver was unable to gain access. I queried about my previous order and why I had not received the refund as their email had advised. I also stated that I would like to speak with a Manager and requested a call back. My query regarding the refund was ignored, and I was basically told they are an on line business and no one will call me. The Customer Service advisor, Leo totally avoids answering your queries and just repeats the same thing over again, nothing can be done the driver could not gain access.
The Service is totally unreliable, ordering flowers is for a special occasion, which relies on being delivered on time. On both of these occasions it was for a Birthday. Serenata Flowers have no shame in delivering flowers late, their Customer Service is pathetic and unprofessional.
Do not order flowers from this Company, there is a high probability they will be late and all you will get from them is Sorry we will redeliver, and some very poor, lame excuse as to why they could not deliver on time. AVOID THIS FARCE OF A COMPANY AT ALL COST!. - C Horne
