Do not order from this company! You cannot get through on the phone and any "help ticket" you start never gets addressed. You get only an automated response, no reply addressing the question. I have been trying to exchange / get a refund on my phone for two weeks now and cannot proceed due to needing an authorized return slip from the company. I am going after these@#$%'s
