The customer service was awesome and knowledgeable, shipping was fast, communication was great as far as shipping agenda, packaging was like none I'd ever seen, (not one nib of dirt in box) and most importantly the little trees were well shaped, great color and healthy as could be. I was TOTALLY impressed with the entire transaction. I will never buy from any one else and already recommended to several people.
Because I watched the video on their packaging and felt if they take that much care to ship the trees/plants then they must take great care of the trees from the start. Great variety and prices also helped me decide.
To replace trees I lost durin the Texas drought and heat wave we had this summer.
