Never ever again. I have bought trees online from many companies, and never had these issues. This is hands-down, the WORST I have ever come across. I ordered 7 or 8 different types of plant, many of each type, and not one was acceptable. The photo attached shows 120 trees. Apparently. Flat refusal to refund, or otherwise make good. Avoid avoid avoid!

Please don’t. Just don’t.

I bought many different types of plants, totalling £428.
They delivered a tiny bunch of dead twigs. Horrific experience. The staff member who deals with emails is impossibly rude and ignorant.
