I ordered a Christmas bouquet on the morning of December 23rd, two hours later I received and email stating due to demand that they wouldn't be able to complete my order and a refund would be issued in 3-5 business days. I waited until after the holidays to contact them again asking about my refund and was told they were sorry and it would be processed again and it would arrive in 7-10 business days. I called them multiple times to ask about it after it didn't arrive in that time frame. Every call was answered with "Refunds are only handled via emails," and hung up on me. After over 100 emails with the response of, "its been issued and will be there in 7-10 business days." I believe they blocked my email because I no longer get any response from them. It's been 38 business days and still no refund. The BBB rates them as an "F", DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY, ITS A COMPLETE SCAM!
