My first (and last) order they shorted me 1/2 on one item (ordered 20, they sent 10) and on the 2nd item they sent the wrong product. Sent me a return label to exchange it and the exchange was the wrong item too! I called explaining they were spending more in postage to return the wrong item than the product was worth and they said they would not send the correct item until I returned it again! No compensation such as a coupon for a future order or partial refund for my time and effort having to leave work and drive to a UPS store to return the wrong item twice! Unbelievably bad customer service.
