I have been waiting since December 14 for repair to my LG refrigerator. I contacted The Brick December 15. They explained that the $400 warranty I had purchased was with King and State, and to deal with King and State for help. After doing the online request for service, taking pictures, providing receipt, no one contacted me. After 4 days, It took me 1 hour 4 minutes on hold, to speak to a representative. They filled in a form for repair and told me i would be contacted by a repair person bc within 3 business days. After 4 days I went to the Brick, furious. I explained my case, and the assistant manager said he would contact king and state. After 3 more days, the warranty provider called and told me it would be January 4 before I'd get to see a repair person. Indeed one did come. Diagnosed a bad compressor. Factory 10 year warranty… nothing to do with my extended warranty. Now I'm waiting on repairs. It's January 14. They say he will come on the 27th. No refrigerator for the whole Christmas season… no excuses, no remorse. Never ever dealing with this firm again.
