MusicmagPie offered a lucrative price to get me to send my phone to them, phone was sent in full working order (I have image proof), a false assessment was done and new offer of £73.50 (original offer £260) was offered due to 'heavy cosmetic wear'. Phone was received back broken, unable to switch on. Phone was received back broken, unable to switch on. The following day the device was brought to Apple (have a report/proof of this) who said (in the eyes of the maker and supplier) the phone has NO cosmetic damage, Apple also ran tests and said hardware had been broken or removed from the phone. Reported to MusicmagPie who now completely ignore me. Reported to trading standards and Ombudsman and now starting legal proceedings. The money is irrelevant, what matters is me, as an individual, if I stole something or damaged someones property this would be a crime and I would be held accountable, and so companies like this need to be held to the same accountability.
