I got blocked for cheating when I did not cheat. A random person online I played with cheated. I thought we were playing against new players because we kept winning. I tried to explain myself and ask Play Ok to examine my account for any signs of cheating. They were immediately rude. I have had losses outside of playing one night with a person online who was cheating and I didn't know. I'm an older woman and don't know much about electronics. Horrible customer service. I guess if someone cheats, all around them get blocked too. Very sad.
Tip for consumers:
You join with random players. If the random player cheats, you will get punished even if you didn't cheat. They block your IP address. Horrible customer service. They are extremely rude and don't even try to hide it.
