June10,2022 returned two items. Approximately 4 weeks later I received a refund for one of the items and charged a return shipping fee (which was expected). I have now called 3 times to get an update on the rest of my refund. Each time I have been told it is a software issue and they can't process the refund for the second item. I think this is a load of crap.
Supposedly this issue was moved to a supervisor BUT I have yet to receive any follow up from someone at Christopher and Banks. I have been a customer for over 15 years. If they plan to stay in business they need to do better! I will not be purchasing anything from them again.
