They are quick to sip your item but when it arrives wrong and/or you need to return you can't get them to respond. They have a 30 refund and you will not get a response until after that has expired so all they offer is a credit or replacement. We have been trying for 3 weeks to get an RMA and now no one there knows anything and they stopped answering the phone. We have emails stating they would issue an RMA and refund but they are not doing anything. Stay away from them, show elsewhere unless you like to throw money away
