“Extremely poor business practice in advertising - Realtors beware - Stay away!”

I have been trying for months to get a refund for advertising services paid for in advanced but never delivered. My e-mails are going unanswered and you can not call to talk to someone. It appears to be a scam posing as a Neighborhood discussion site!
